    Nicola is a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across the global luxury real estate sector. She has held C-suite and board-level roles with Berkeley Group (FTSE 100), R&F Properties, and Les Bordes Golf International.

    Her work spans high-value residential and mixed-use developments, where she has led repositioning, global sales strategy, and strategic partnerships — generating over £700 million in revenue.

    Now leading Halvorsen Global, Nicola advises on cross-border acquisitions and premium developments throughout Europe, the UK, and the US.

    With over 40 years in specialist lending, Steve has led underwriting and credit strategy across private banks, bridging lenders, and property-focused finance firms — including roles at Masthaven, StreamBank, and Credit & Mercantile.

    He has overseen complex lending across real estate, luxury assets, and structured finance, and has been directly involved in originating, managing, and recovering over £2 billion in secured lending.

    At Caldera, Steve provides strategic input on credit integrity, lending frameworks, and high-trust operational oversight.

    Matteo is a London-based private banker and entrepreneur with deep expertise in art, alternatives, and private capital advisory.

    He began his career at Mediolanum Private Bank in Milan, before joining Christie’s in London. His later work spanned FinTech, structured solutions, and real estate-backed investments for international Family Offices.

    Now a Portfolio Manager at a leading independent asset management firm, Matteo supports clients across the UK and Europe, advising on private credit, real estate, and cross-border structuring. He speaks five languages and is a frequent lecturer on the evolving relationship between wealth and the art market.

    Based between Monaco and Italy, she represents Caldera’s presence across key European markets — supporting cross-border investor access and high-net-worth relationship management.

    Fluent in multiple languages and deeply connected in the luxury space, Ludovica is a key liaison for European investors engaging with Caldera’s platform.
